At Elite Custom Boxes Canada, we provide customized packaging according to each customer’s requirements.

If there is any issue or flaw in the production, clients are requested to inform the company within 3 working days.

Note: Returns or refunds are only applicable for defective products.

Refund Policy

Client-Side Defects:

  • Customers need to send back the entire order if they are asking for a refund based on a defect that is the customer’s fault.
  • Refunds will be issued after deducting shipping, setup, printing, and billing charges within 7 Days.

Order Cancellation:

  • No refund will be issued once the order has entered the press. However, we can provide complimentary warehouse storage and ship the order when required.
